Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to apply to the data controller to:

• Find out whether your personal data is being processed
• Request information if your data has been processed
• Find out the purpose of processing and whether your data is used accordingly
• Know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom your data has been transferred
• Request the correction of incomplete or inaccurate data
• Request the deletion or destruction of your data under the conditions set out in Article 7 of the KVKK
• Request that any correction, deletion or destruction be notified to third parties to whom your data has been transferred
• Object to any outcome against you arising from analysis carried out exclusively by automated systems
• Claim compensation for damages arising from the unlawful processing of your data

8. How to Apply

You can submit requests regarding your rights, together with information identifying you, by email to info@artylifemimarlik.com or in writing to Adalet Mah., İslam Kerimov Cd., Folkart Towers A Kule, 35530 Bayraklı/İzmir. Your application will be concluded free of charge within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request; if the process incurs an additional cost, the fee set by the Turkish Personal Data Protection Board may apply.
